She’s worn many hats, from managing behind the scenes ,cocktail prep and design to creating the dessert menu. She takes a rustic outlook on her desserts so that it feels more like biting into a memory than something sweet. A former cook who took his knowledge of flavor pairings to the bar. With a passion for wine and spirits, he works hard to ensure the very best experience for his diners. From signature cocktails to a well crafted wine list, from apero to digestif, Ryan has you covered. You’re at home in his dining room. Having traveled to various places in Canada and the world to hone his craft, Chef Reid Young takes his classic French training and uses the inspiration of the melting pot which is Canada to bring a more contemporary international twist to his Canadian food.
